Our Everyone is Welcome philosophy remains a high priority and is key to our success. Inspired by our heritage, we continuously work to create a respectful and inclusive culture that’s reflective of the Nandocas in our restaurants, based on 50/50 sex and 30/70 ethnicity.

And we continue to focus on diversity and inclusion, so Nandocas feel part of a family in a diverse team and can be themselves.
