Our classic bread roll

They’re softer and more rustic than the Portuguese roll we use for our garlic bread. Did you know we make them in the UK every day, following the traditional Portuguese recipe?

How it's made?

We use standard wheat flour in our recipe that’s fermented for 50-60 minutes to really get the gases and flavours going. Then we shape them and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes before having a final proof for 60-70 minutes.
