PERi-PERi Haggis Balls

Ingredients
65ml PERi-PERi sauce (choose your flavour)
450g haggis (crumbled)
50g dried breadcrumbs
1 egg
80g rolled oats
40g mature cheddar (cut into 12, 1cm cubes)
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Step 2
Crumble the haggis then mix in breadcrumbs, egg and PERi-PERi sauce, roll into 8 meatballs.
Step 3
Place a cube of cheese into each meatball, seal and then roll in the oats.
Step 4
Put onto a greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven and serve with PERi-PERi sauce.
